Who we are
The Lending Den is operated by 1001060863 Ontario Corp., 2025 Maria Street, Burlington, Ontario L7R 0E9 ("The Lending Den", "we", "us"). These terms apply to thelendingden.com, workshop.thelendingden.com, our free masterclass, our programs, coaching, community, templates and any related communication (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
Who can use the Services
The Services are for licensed mortgage professionals and people working toward a license, in Canada and the United States. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Free masterclass and content
Our free masterclass and website content are for education. Registering lets us email, call and text you about the masterclass and The Lending Den. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and reply STOP to any text.
Paid programs
The scope, price, payment schedule, term and any refund or cancellation terms of a paid program are set out in the order form or agreement you sign when you join. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Installation and your accounts
Where a program includes installation, we set up the agreed systems inside accounts you own, such as your ad accounts, CRM and website tools. You're responsible for those accounts, for paying ad spend directly to the platforms, and for any third-party software costs.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee any number of leads, applications, funded loans, referrals or income. Results depend on your market, license, budget, effort, follow-up, rates and many other factors outside our control. Examples and testimonials reflect individual experiences and aren't typical or a promise.
Compliance is your responsibility
We build marketing with mortgage advertising rules in mind, but we aren't a lender, brokerage, law firm or compliance department. You're responsible for complying with the laws, regulators and brokerage policies that apply to you, and for getting any approvals before anything goes live. Nothing we provide is legal or compliance advice.
Our materials
Templates, scripts, trainings, recordings and other materials remain our property. Members get a personal, non-transferable license to use them in their own business while they're a member, and to keep using marketing assets installed in their own accounts. You can't resell, republish or share our materials outside your business.
Community and live sessions
Be respectful in the community, live sessions and ROAM rooms. Don't share other members' information, record sessions without permission, or pitch other members. We may record live sessions for members' use, and we may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Third-party tools
The Services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, ROAM and AI tools. We aren't responsible for their availability, policies, pricing or decisions such as ad rejections or account restrictions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes go to the courts of Ontario.
